Perfectly encapsulated ancient Ireland

Rathcroghan (Cruachan Aí), based in the medieval village of Tulsk in County Roscommon is home to Rathcroghan Visitor Centre. Since 1999 Rathcroghan Vistor Centre has been welcoming visitors to explore the “Ancient Capital of Connacht” through various guided tours, its museum, exhibitions and interpretive rooms.

Thin Slice Digital was approached by Rathcroghan to create an immersive experience that entices its users to find out more and visit the centre. The new design incorporated an in-keeping design style, a new and improved booking system, interactive maps and images, and a brand new ecommerce shop. The finished website is representative of a modern visitor centre that immerses its users and invites its visitors to bring Ireland’s past and legends to life.
