Based in the heart of Galway city, Crescent Medical Centre has been providing exceptional GP services to their patients for over 30 years. However their website was hard to navigate, wasn’t mobile optimised and was a poor reflection of their service. Thin Slice Digital created a clean new logo and brand identity and developed a fully mobile responsive ecommerce website that vastly improved user experience. Game changers for Crescent Medical Centre were the integration of specific online services that streamlined a number of income generators for the practice.
Combining the ability to take appointment bookings, accept repeat prescription requests, accept new patient requests, and collect outstanding patient fees, Crescent Medical Centre’s online presence has been completely transformed. In addition to these new online services, related admin costs have also been significantly reduced for the practice.
